    南京大学建筑与城市规划学院副研究员,江苏省智慧城市设计仿真与可视化技术工程实验室副主任,中国自然资源学会国土空间规划研究专业委员会副秘书长、中国城市科学研究会城市大数据专业委员会委员。主要从事大数据与国土空间规划方法研究。

    主持国家自然科学面上基金基于多源要素流大数据的城镇建设用地配置方法研究、国家自然科学青年基金“多源数据融合的城市功能空间评价与优化策略”等课题多项,参与国家自然科学基金及省部级课题6项。在国内外期刊发表论文60余篇(其中SCI/SSCI论文8篇),参编《基于大数据的城市研究与规划创新方法》等著作3部。

    获得教育部人文社会科学优秀成果三等奖(排名第3)、“中国城市地理优秀论文特等奖”“中国城市地理优秀论文一等奖”、“中国F5000领跑优秀论文奖”、“首届(2016年度)中国最具影响力地理期刊优秀论文”、“2015年中国金经昌城市规划优秀论文”地理信息科技进步特等奖(排名26、“城市数据派2016年全国十大城市数据师”等奖项。



    He is an associate researcher in the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Nanjing University, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Laboratory of Smart City Design Simulation and Visualization Technology, deputy secretary-general of the Professional Committee of Land Spatial Planning Research of the Chinese Society of Natural Resources, and member of the Professional Committee of Urban Big Data of the Chinese Society of Urban Science. He is mainly engaged in the research of big data and territorial spatial planning methods.

    He is in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the National Natural Science Youth Foundation of China (NSYF), including "Research on urban construction land allocation based on big data of multi-source element flow" and "Spatial evaluation and optimization strategy of urban function with multi-source data fusion". He participated in 6 projects at the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial and ministerial level. He has published more than 60 papers in domestic and international journals (including 8 SCI/SSCI papers), and co-edited 3 books including "Innovative Approach to Urban Research and Planning Based on Big Data".

    He won the "Third Prize of Excellent Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education" (ranked 3rd), "Special Prize of Excellent Papers in Chinese Urban Geography", "First Prize of Excellent Papers in Chinese Urban Geography", and "China F5000 Leading Outstanding Paper Award", "The First (2016) Outstanding Paper of China's Most Influential Geography Journal", "2015 Outstanding Paper of China Jinjingchang Urban Planning ", "Special Award for Scientific and Technological Progress in Geographic Information (ranked 26)", "Urban Data School 2016 National Top 10 Urban Data Master" and other awards.
