南京大学城乡规划系学士、硕士，香港大学城市规划设计系博士，现为南京大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、南京大学中法城市区域规划科学研究中心研究员。

主要从事城乡规划、空间治理、陆海统筹等理论等领域的研究。
